  • DBT GPT

    I led the creation of a generative AI assistant for the Publicis Sapient website to answer questions about digital business transformation (DBT).

    Most chatbots are deterministic, which means that they're basically just an expensive version of a website's FAQ section. And so by instead using RAG to build our assistant on an LLM, we were able to deploy a much more powerful solution, much more quickly, for a fraction of the cost.

    I developed a first-of-its-kind unbranded film series for Publicis Sapient, directed by 2x Oscar winner Ben Proudfoot. The films have led to over $15m in earned media value (representing 20x ROI), three Clio awards, and have begun earning revenue via IP licensing.
