I’m an innovator and Creator.

What I do best: simplify complexity.

As Head of Innovation at Publicis Sapient, I work with CMO Teresa Barreira to incubate projects where the potential outcomes are 10x the size of their inputs. For example, I led the development of:

  • The Flywheel, an autonomous AI agent that executes entire marketing campaigns 36 days faster, using 92 fewer active human hours.

  • DBT GPT, an generative AI assistant built 50% faster and 70% cheaper than similar alternatives.

  • Impact Films”, a collaboration with Oscar winner Ben Proudfoot, which became the most successful marketing initiative in Sapient’s history.

My superpower: learning.

I’m not a trained engineer, yet my AI products helped reinvent Sapient’s marketing operations.

I’m not a trained marketer, yet I’m one of the most highly decorated people in the industry, with five Clios, two Webbys, and shortlists at Cannes Lions and The One Show.

I’m not a trained filmmaker, yet I’ve had premieres at Tribeca and Cannes. My work has been featured in The New Yorker, Wired, Vogue, and Time, and I was even longlisted for an Academy Award®.

The reason? I love learning. And when I set out to learn something, I go all in.

This direct, hands-on approach makes me the ideal player/coach for interdisciplinary teams. It means that in addition to strategizing AI projects, I can also product manage (and even do some light coding). In addition to orchestrating brand campaigns, I can also write them. In addition to producing films, I can also direct and edit them.

Learning isn’t just something I’m good at, it’s also something I love doing. I’ve had the privilege of diving deep into some of the most pressing and fascinating topics in the world, including housing insecurity, criminal justice reform, climate change, AI ethics, neurodiversity, and immigration.

How did I get here?

I graduated cum laude from Tufts University, focusing on international economics and communications. After spending time in Argentina and Colombia producing Spanish-language documentaries on topics such as education and religion, I moved to New York City and worked my way up in the world of content production, eventually directing videos for brands such as Estée Lauder, ESPN, and Dior.

I later entered the publishing world as head of video for InStyle magazine, before becoming the founding hire at Condé Nast Branded Entertainment, supervising all creative production for brands such as Vogue, GQ, and Vanity Fair and driving $30m in yearly revenue. After that, I went on to lead Condé Nast’s Brand Lab agency, where I developed new digital media products and audience-first content strategies for Fortune 500 clients.

In addition to my full time work, I also consult for some of the world’s biggest and most prestigious media companies. I helped create AMC Networks’ award-winning Content Room; devised new creative approaches for The Washington Post Creative Group and The Foundry at Dotdash Meredith; and piloted successful editorial series for The Wall Street Journal.
